Mr. Tilden is a shareholder of the firm. Mr. Tilden is a member of the firm’s Complex Business Litigation Group which develops and litigates direct recovery actions on behalf of our insurance-industry clients. His practice has included coverage analysis and litigation of first and third-party personal injury, property, contract, bankruptcy, arson, PIP, SIU and insurance fraud matters. Mr. Tilden has developed a practice concentration in the area of civil RICO law and has recently concluded or is currently litigating and/or consulting on racketeering cases throughout New England, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, California, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas and Arizona.
