Ms. Cheung-Truslow is an associate with the firm. Ms. Cheung-Truslow focuses her practice on complex litigation. She concentrates her practice on all aspects of insurance related litigation, with particular emphasis in large loss subrogation, reference/appraisal proceedings, arbitrating claims and trying cases involving casualty and property, general liability, builders risk, life and disability, inland marine, homeowners, and personal policies. Additionally, she has successfully defended and prosecuted insurance fraud, construction defects, products liability, alleged violations of unfair and deceptive insurance practice and reverse bad faith claims.
