Ms. Conners has been associated with the Law Firm of Smith & Brink, P.C. since January, 2000. Ms. Conners has successfully litigated PIP cases in the Massachusetts District and Superior Courts including litigation initiated by both medical providers and insured's. Ms. Conners' practice focuses on the area of automobile insurance defense litigation, including an expertise in the area of Personal Injury Protection Benefit litigation, exclusions and coverage issues.

Ms. Conners has presented numerous lectures and trainings to insurers regarding the nuances of PIP litigation, automobile insurance defense, automobile insurance coverage and automobile fraud/special investigations. Ms. Conners has presented lectures to outside investigative companies regarding "Making Your Investigation Airtight and Admissible at Trial." Ms. Conners presented at the International Association of Special Investigation Unit Seminar and Expo on Insurance Fraud, in September, 2007, as well as the New England Association of Insurance Fraud Investigators and New England International Association of Special Unit Investigation Joint Training Seminar, in June, 2007, regarding the "Successful Investigation and Subsequent Defense of Low Impact Automobile Accidents." Ms. Conners presented at the New England International Association of Special Units Joint Training Seminar in June 2008 regarding "SIU Investigations: How Far Can You Go."
