Mr. Kapitanyan wrote a law review article entitled Federal Tort Claims Act Notice Requirement, Minimal Notice Sufficient to Pass Legal Muster and Preserve the Right to File a Subsequent Lawsuit in Federal Court, published in the Suffolk University Law Review, Volume XXXV, Number 1, 2001. He also co-authored an editorial article published in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, August 20, 2001 issue, analyzing Lipchitz v. Raytheon, 434 Mass. 393 (2001).
