Mr. Whitcher is an associate with the firm’s Complex Business Litigation practice group which develops and litigates direct recovery actions on behalf of our insurance-industry clients. His practice focuses on complex litigation matters, with a concentration on civil litigation involving the federal RICO statute. Mr. Whitcher is actively involved in litigating and/or consulting on racketeering cases throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
