Mr. Langlois has extensive trial experience in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts state courts as well as the United States District Courts for the District of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. His practice is concentrated in the area of insurance defense litigation including insurance coverage, special investigations, and bad faith claims. Mr. Langlois engages in an active civil trial practice and has litigated cases involving construction site accidents, premises liability, liquor liability, products liability, lead poisoning, auto accidents, and insurance claims settlement practices. In addition, Mr. Langlois has argued numerous appeals to the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
