Smith & Brink, P.C. is a regional law firm which has expanded our practice areas to meet the needs of our clients. We represent the interests of a wide variety of insurers, their insured’s, businesses, and individuals on a regional and national level in all types of litigation.
How many attorneys do you have?
We have 33 attorneys. They are licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Where do I park?
All of Smith & Brink, P.C. offices have parking conveniently located adjacent to the buildings. There is also ample metered on street parking at the Providence and Springfield offices.
My Deposition/Examination Under Oath (EUO) has been scheduled by Smith & Brink, P.C., but I do not speak English. Do I need to bring an interpreter with me to the Deposition/EUO?
If you provide a sufficient amount of notice to your attorney or by contacting the attorney who noticed your Deposition/EUO directly or their legal assistant, we will make arrangements to have an interpreter present.
Can I bring my children to my Deposition/EUO?
Unfortunately, Smith & Brink, P.C. does not have facilities available to care for children while their parents are participating in a Deposition/EUO. We would ask that you please refrain from bringing your children to a Deposition/EUO.
